What a pleasant surprise! On 8/24/2026, I had my wisdom tooth extracted at the Contemporary Dental Care in Mt Vernon. The front office greeting was pleasant and friendly and I was in no time ushered into the well prepared office right away. The procedure was performed by Dr Chris Martin with his expertise and skill. He finished so quickly even before I noticed. His assistant Miss Bree gave me detailed after procedure care instructions and medication recommendations (PainPack Protocol). To my surprise, I felt no pain and had no bleeding next morning. He did a wonderful job! I really appreciate and thank Dr Martin for his excellent professional expertise and skill. Dr Martin and Dr Judy always have the best service in mind towards their patients. They introduce the newest and best technologies and equipments to their patients in order to ease their discomfort and worries.I would be happy to give them five thumb ups!

Teeth, the final assult on life. Thanks to Dr. Martin, my loss of 25 lbs over a year and half, with my teeth just basically desolving in my mouth, was able to restore my ability to eat a normal diet. Even though they were the temporary teeth, I was able to gain 5 lbs back the first month and smile in public.

They make sure to do a great job making sure I am comfortable and well informed with what is being done. The staff also go above and beyond to make sure the process is smooth from start to finish! Excellent care, and highly appreciated new technology is an ever present feature of the practice. The dental assistants are well trained and kind. Everyone works well together and it makes going to the dentist as pleasant as possible!
